The site
History
This site started in August 2006. It was a rainy summer afternoon, and Johanna had just been updating her other site. She really wanted to star another fansite aswell, and at the same time she heard one of Amy's songs on the radio. So she thought, why not start one about Amy?She started to collect pictures and information and she built a small demo site on freewebs, called Amy Unlimited. Then she started to apply at hosting sites. She found a good host pretty much immediately, Titaniumhosting. The site grew pretty big at that host, and she started to get a lot of visitors. Then she had some problems with the host, and she asked Chrissy who hosted her other site if she could host this site aswell. She offered to buy her a domain name, so that's when the site moved and became Amy-Diamond.org.
She stayed at that host for very long, and the site became more and more successful. But then she wanted to change hosts again, and she found Starssz.com. They bought me the new domain, Amy-Diamond.net, and this is where the site is located now.
It's been almost 2 years since she started the site, and she has learned so much from it. The site has grown to become the biggest Amy Diamond fansite online, and she have only the visitors to thank for that.
Unfortunately on August 20th 2008 Johanna gave the site for adoption. But I was lucky one and got to adopt the site. Johanna did amazing job with the site and no one will ever replace her in our hearts.
